1. The Plastic Bottle postcard reminds students that in addition to being a pollution problem, water bottles are made from a combination of fossil fuels and chemicals, including chemicals that are known to be toxic, especially for kids and young adults. We can customize the postcard for you and supply you with printable PDFs, or you can create your own, adapting the copy as appropriate.
2. The letter to the Superintendent. This letter from students to the Administration lays out the fundamental logic behind the request for vendors to avoid shipping items using plastic packing materials, including the actual wording for purchase orders. We've also included a sample letter from the school district to vendors asking for their assistance in helping the campaign.
